You may have followed the latest developments with the issues at Home Affairs. Due to the failure of the Department to provide its employees with contracts, they have been working with a skeleton staff contigent. Even the issuance of the extension of a valid permit has become a time consuming exercise.

In order to be available for you as well as deal with the Department of Home Affairs on a consistent basis, we have set up the following time schedule for personal appointments as well as telephonic consultations:

In addition, please be advised that our office will be open from 9am to 4 pm on Fridays.

We will be introducing our Internet-Tracking-System whereby you will be able to follow the status of your application on a 24 hour-day and seven day-a-week basis in the very near future.
